^this, haha. how come mods havent deleted it yet?

you guys are under the impression that its just me that thinks this thread could help especially new ppl let alone the others who just cant help making a thread to complain against the mods.

Im not naming anyone here, but my friends on here along with a handful of mods get tired of it. This thread was in hopes to let those particular ppl know that its really tacky and selfish to do it especially if they want to make other friends on here. Remember guys its not you tube, worldwide this is still a much smaller community than you think.

I talked to mods after making this and they agreed it would be good after thinking about it so it stayed open, but if you guys cant see it for what it is then maybe the mods should just close it. Thanks for your positive input. Liz,Lup,Gr8,Mike or whoever feel free to close it if ppl are not getting it. Wasnt my intent to poke the tigers.

You can pm any mod, and they will try to help you. If the delete thread or post being deleted is a problem ask. Reminder "ask", please do not send a message explaining how much you hate my Mom.

Seriously, if the worst part of your day is having a post or thread deleted then, you're having a pretty good day. Perspective folks. There are innumerably worse events that are suffered by others.

One thing that makes this problem occur is some mods will delete your posts/thread without giving their name so you can discuss it.

It is not discussed, you simply get the little description......argumentative, off-topic. Then if you do get a chance to talk to somebody. which I have twice. I got insults and threats.........which I guess they felt were productive.

well actually theres no need for a second message. theres a reason area in the auto delete. Most mods write one or two words, they can simply follow the reason with their name.

so example
Reason: non-working video - "insert mod name here"

i know exactly how it works as i was a global moderator here for 4 years, this sites huge and takes a lot of work sometimes you just don't have time.
people should remember the staff here are also members and come to enjoy the place as much as everyone else.
