some of it can be determined from the body shape and head shape.

but if you look under the tail near the vent you can tell. if it has one central bump at the base of the tail than its a female and if there are two side by side its male. if you get some pics up i can try and help you out..

iggs are great if you have the time and space for them. how calm is yours?

mine is baby.. hes a trooper hes pushing about 5 feet curently. hes stunted a bit from the people who had him before i adopted him out about 4 years ago

not all females will be egg bound. before i found a new home for my egg she was 14 yrs old and never once had any probs with being egg bound.

also, fruits should be treats and not the staple for the diet. collard, turnip, and dandelion greens are good.
 
i also fed spinach to my ig. i have heard that its high in to much something. same thing thing for mustard greens. so i cut out mustard greens and spinach a little and just gave more collards, turnip greens, and dandelion greens.
