Iggys in Puerto Rico

as a former iguana keeper, this was a real treat for me to see.

this was pulling up to the dock after a snorkling excursion in Fajardo, PR. the trip included lunch, and apparently the catamaran operators throw the left over vegetables to the wild iguana hanging out dockside

there were many more, but i was a little slow at grabbing the camera. most of these guys were 5ft+, you can see the big guy in the second pic.

Doesnt Mexico have its own type of Iguana think called spiny tail iguana semi desert type ?
