Owesame,:D:headbang2beautifull igs. Cant get thierd of looking at thouse. One interesting fact here is that green iguanas are no native from Puerto rico (please correct me if Im wrong) and in fact they are outcompeting and even hibridizing with Puerto rico´s native tree dwelling iguana the carebian green iguana Iguana delicatissima. There are several plans to reduce green igs in that island, including trade with them. In one of my local stores some Puerto rico´s green igs were avaible. I would love to have them to see how their coloration thurs out when they grow up but I was already with my hands full with my Salvator igs:D But by the coloration they have in thouse photos they apear very similar to the Central America´s form

By the way I was thinking what is you guys oppinion about possibly reconsidering subdivising the green iguana in several subspecies? there once were two subspecies considered iguana and rinolopha, being the main diference bethween them the precense or absence of litle horns in the snouth. I however think there are more than 2 subsp and the main diferences are not only thouse horny skales but also size, coloration, body porpocions, etc.
