i always like discus in planted tanks, but only like to see them as me maintaining one such would be such a delusion *yup i am too lazy, for all the work they require*
So I ended up selling 1 pair in the ACA auction, but I kept the largest pair... Right now the female gets a little too aggressive towards the male, but in a 400 he gets away. I have had these guys from Ken (fishfarm) for ~2 years now, still have a lot of growing to do of course.
These are just quick shots since they were showing off for me... I did nothing to the color. IE red is normal as you can see by the shutoff valve. No flash.
