I saw a few 2'' Arows (not sure the kind, gray with reddish flash and long fins, but not a Jardini or SBT because the chin barbel was really long.) They were gone 2 mos later. Either rotting in a 5 gal or confiscated or moved into the back room.

The small ones you're talking about sound like juvenile silvers. Any yolk sacs on them? At that size they just about get completely absorbed.
At some point in time this has to stop with LFS and other idiots in the trade that cant ID a fish then making names up not only because they dont have the brain power to do so but because they want to make the fish sound cooler than the same fish the competitor has down the street to make a sale. I'm no Aro expert but after researching them for quite some time before I made the purchase I never heard the name Spotted Bonytongue. At some point in time as consumers we need to step up and police our own and these LFS to get it right and stop with the misleading/altered names, unethical handling and storing of fish prior to sale, illegal trading and harvesting or the gov is bound to step real hard on us and jack sh*t up.I included a scientific name. It is a species with a fishbase article. Do research before criticising and i never said that I saw one, I said that it was NOT a Spotted Bonytongue or a Jardini. Its more of a gamefish than a trade fish, but a while back I posted a question wether or not any one has them and i was told many people do.Gator;2356029; said:At some point in time this has to stop with LFS and other idiots in the trade that cant ID a fish then making names up not only because they dont have the brain power to do so but because they want to make the fish sound cooler than the same fish the competitor has down the street to make a sale.
