I thought about arrows in general and I dont think they're for me. And for fish, I would never spend money like that. But no ones going to prison for that crap out here. Not when we have the 4th and 9th cities with the highest murder rate in the U.S. within 30 min drive from each other. Fish laws are stupid when people are getting killed every week.
it sucks but wat can we fish keepers do? its the law. awesome fish but you gota understand its not the government's fault. people who carry these fish and cant care for them properly, its easy for them to just throw it to the nearest water source,and not worry about it, and cause a major change in the eco system.

true, michigan takes the blood cake, but I have to try and save these poor basterds every night at work in my hospital, so regulations on fish are low on the important list. And nothing is wrong with posting that this list is a joke in public as long as I am not breaking it. If people can be racist and be protected with the freedom of speech, I'm sure I can state an opinion and be protected as well.
Fireworks! they are illegal in some counties in cali and legal in others right next to them. Why not do the same with fish? Sure, let piranha go in a lake in so cal, it might live. Try it in lakes in the bay area, dead fo sho!

I don't think it's any big deal to express your dislike of this list as long as you don't say or imply that you are breaking it.
As far as fireworks go, the have some weird rules. There is a place on an Indian Reservation in Norther Michigan that has a bunch of illegal fireworks but because they're on the reservation they can do what they want, including advertise freely on tv.

if you don't like the rules PETITION!! I'm sure you could find a bunch of MFKer's from Cali who would love to sign the petition to lift the ban on a couple of those restricted species....the worst that could happen, is that they say no....wooptydo!! No difference there.
maybe you could get them to be allowed with a permit (although people can bypass that easily) but for the rest of you who want these fish BAAADD, but don't want to break the law, it'd be worth a shot!! ^_~
