it is illegal to posses, sell, buy,and import, but i dont think it is illegal to export piranhas out of california.

wait a minute.

my friend runs an import/export company from his home in anaheim hills. he regularly buys piranhas from out of the state, has them shipped to ca, then he ships them to the person outside of CA that he was importing them for.

he's been doing it for years and has never gotten in trouble. are some of you telling me what he is doing is illegal?
