I have about a 18" roughly Marbled pim cat (Leiarius longibarbis) I am going to be moving in a while, and he is one of the larger guys I am looking towards getting rid of, it would be pickup only. I am looking for around $35 for him. Meeting you to exhange the fish may be an option if you pay gas costs at around $3 for every 25 miles up to 50 miles each way on my part. (so up to $12 in gas)
I live around Davenport Iowa, and my parents are moving to IA City, so they are often up that direction and something could maybe be worked out there as well.
As well I occasionally travel up around Dubuque a bit.
