you need to get rid of the shark or you need to buy a 150 gallon tank you can't put all those cichlids in a 70-80 gallon tank you need a 180 for all those cichlids and that is on the small side
 
I would get some more deco in the 29. The jaguar cichlid will end up killing the blue acara or green terror. Withmore hiding places this should help. That looks like a parron shark but maybe id shark. Anyhow it will get very large almost 40 inches easily so not a good aquarium fish. Check out some natural gravel for your tank unless you like those colors. Just that natural will bring out the natural colors of your fish.
 
Hi thanks yes they are blue acaras and the shark im trying to find him a better home i know he gets big! and i did get more decor and for the time being the large blue acara is actually the boss of the tank the jag only chases the small acara.
 
Hi everyone thanks for the feedback! Also i just uploaded a new video with update and everything back to normal, got my ornaments in and the water is all cleaned up in both tanks!
