so.. leaving the CO2 on at night will not affect anything? is it a waste to leave it on at night?

the "low to high" rating, i think determines how much Co2 is getting into the tank.

thanks again.

this is my first attempt at a planted tank. i have the substrate, Red Sea C02 Bio System, and a 30'' Coralife 65w.

any suggestions on how i should care for the plants? or wher i should have the plants located in the tank? i plan to get some carpet plants later when i can find them at my lfs. any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.

You can leave the co2 on all night, as it is easier with reaction style co2 to just leave it on all night. I would put a bubbler in there on a timer at night if/when you have fish. I posted a bunch of plants for sale, check them out in the buy sell.
