Hey guys,

To those who are asking what happened to me: Life happened to me. I bought a townhouse, but it was a foreclosure. Had to do a TON of work to fix it up.

Good news is: It's a three bedroom, 2.5 bath. Monthly payment is only $40 more than my 1 bedroom apt =)


I'm finishing up moving in today.....
