I'm becoming addicted to water changes?

Is this normal? It's especially on my salt tank. I have to buy ro/di water since I don't have space to set up a or unit with a big massive bucket...

I only did a water change 2 days ago and I feel like doing another one?...

I guess this will be good when I have my discus in my 70g.

I don't like the thought of stressin my fish out with water changes every 2-3 days. Is every 2-3 days necessary? Once a week is enough for me, my fish grow fine, and my tanks stayclean.
