looks good, favorite pic has to be the pc tower holding up the side panel. lol

You don't even want to know how much computer stuff I have around. I've cleared out quite a bit to accommodate the new tank. Trying to get down to just working computers! Even then getting rid of anything I have no intention of using.

And on an aquatic note... I talked to my local acrylic dealer and he ran some numbers. I'm going with 1" to be safe and should have it by the weekend. Then off to the hardware store (nothing ever happens in this town, feeling low down...) to get my caulk. GE Door & Window 1 unless somebody recommends DAP over GE.

Got my acrylic. They tried to use some FUD to keep me from taking it home myself. Manager was a bit of a prick saying the roof of my car would cave and the acylic weighed several hundred pounds. Truth was it hauled perfectly fine and doesn't weigh more than about 200 pounds!!

On the good side, the cut was perfect. Too perfect! I scraped off some Sweetwater getting the window into place but didn't go beyond the fiberglass resin. The caulk is in on the front, edges, and back side all smoothed out. I'm going to need to find a container of something to fix the scrapes. A gallon is likely far more than I'll need. Thinking maybe the truck armor stuff that's been mentioned. HurcuCoat or something. Figure since it'll be for patching it should be fine.

And of course the next couple pics...

That's some smelly stuff! The good thing is it dries quickly though. I should be able to put some water in this weekend and see how it holds. In the meantime I get to rip out carpet and prepare the corner of the garage where this will sit for the next decade or more.
