Spotfin I don't know if theres a chance the rays may eat them, but I'll check on that.

Thats it? Come on there has to be more? Even the strangest critters I seen with them even a turtle on "Naughty Ray Thread"
 
I think a royal pleco will be fine if it is in a largfe tank for the ray to escape if it tries to suck on the disc. What tank size you have?
 
I think wolf fish can hurt a ray big time because they come across eachother at the bottem of the tank, bottem dwellers. If you have a large enough tank, try it.
