Tad unprofessional!! Just plain wrong that is, he's obviously not in a profession he wants to be in and is trying to get fired!!! He should get in quite alot of trouble if 2 of you are complaining in the same space of time!!! Good luck.

LOL, i use to reshrink wrap items and return them...havent done that in years though. Many stores have caught on, they will even open shrink wrapped items that appear to have been never opened.

i would buy a game /dvd open it carefully take off wraper carefully,take the game out insert another unused compact disc and then

hot iron it back on discretely.

i would return the game like it was nothin............made so much of a profit
