yes that i remember too... my horse has an ulcer..every day of his life we give him a shot in his mouth 2x's a day... of gastro quard,... it keeps the ulcer at bay, he also suffers from bad legs,,,so he would have pain... and worry... eventually ulcers set in,, he is doing great now.. we also give him alot of needed supplements

thanks... yes they can... and it appears as colic until you know the definite diagnosis...

I had an ulcer when I was eighteen. My doctor casually told me not to fall and bump into a desk or something at college or it could rupture and kill me from internal bleeding.

I was like, hey, thanks for the optimism, doc.

They destroyed it with a mixture of pills that break it down and waves to turn it to a fine ulcer dust.

Yummy.
