Teaching is not a "high priority" job right now. Lots and lots of teachers are getting laid off.
Good luck to them with that psychology degree. Two of my female friends went for degrees in Psychology. One gave up after not being able to find employment, and went back to school to become a Pharmacist. She is currently in school, and it's a very grueling program. The other is still working her old job... bartender.
I tried to warn them, but it went in one ear and came out the other. Not saying I'm the smartest man out there, and to listen to me. If I was, I should probably be a millionaire by now, right?LOL
However, I have a skill for calling it like it is.
