tried to contact him from the uk and tell him that he should just give it to someone on here thats localto him but cant reach him from here so afraid one of you stateside people will have to ask him to hand it over before he gets had up for cruelty if you offer him $40 and tell him the fish is worth no more because he has stunted it he may let it go as he is moving and may just want to get rid quick
