I'm Having No Luck With Aquarium Light Bulbs (Help Pls)

That's the blue "moon light" effect not white light(day light).
This is what I mean:

But if I see a natural colour led lighting I would definitely get it. Nothing against led.

Beautiful! This is what I need to find. Daylight effect LED lighting.
 
^^^^You can find those in any decent LFS or Petsmart, Petco and cheapest place to buy is Ebay or Amazon.
 
Look for the kelvin (colour temperature) of the bulb;
5000-10000k is (roughly)white
16000k-20000k is actinic blue.
Post 11 looks a lot like 16k+ daylight (deep water marine blue)
It's used because water filters out other colours at depth.

5000k is cooler white almost yellow through to 10000k almost blue.
5000-6500k typical planted (maybe to 8000k starting to turn blue)

lumens or lux is the brightness (so you can tune it for your plants etc)

(rough guide only but you get the idea!)
