if you kept your flowerhorn in black gravel and black background your flowerhorn have a highly change of turning black as well.for examble i put my flowerhorn in red gravel it likely will turn red.and if i put it in blue it might just turn blue,it depend on what type of flowerhorn you got.the only exception is a JK witch it was able to fade and black decoration dont apply on them lol.i hope this help.am still a nood at this haha
