so with tile do you just lay it down on the bottom of the tank or do you actually silicone it in or what?
 
Tank looks good. I'd get those fronts out of there before the cichla eat them.
 
looking good but I guarantee your gonna get a build up of fish poo underneath the tile. I did this about 8yrs ago with 1 of my 180g tank with only my old jar and poop still would collect underneath the tile.
