i am thinking of having an arowana and i am wondering how much space does an arowana require and what type of fish can go well with arowana like a bottom dweller without being eaten by it

i am thinking about having a red arowana but i'm kind of new in arowana so when i am buying 'baby arowana ' is the color red when they are young o is there other way to tell if it is a red arowana o it jus red from the very start

and lastly what should i feed them at first i mean they are small

thanks for your attention need advice

6x2x2 min for a long time, if not life...IMO

as far as coloration, there's plenty of info if you google it or just on here. short answer: they will be red as young, but it will intensify with age.

300 for life

Welcome fysh3r! I think U can keep them in a 370 gal for life, but the bigger the better tho.

u can have it in a 150gal for life, unless your gonna get a bottom dweller than u'll need a bigger one.
