Hello; No real guess as to what it is, but it appears to be a catfish with a large mouth. If my suspicions are correct it will be able to swallow suprisingly large tank mates.

Looks like a pimlodella cat.striped.can't be sure from the pic,b but they don't get real big, maybe 10"i think

Okay thanks, he is living with a firemouth and two bristlenose do ypu think he will do okay

the body shape fits Pimelodus, for sure but i cant find a photo to match,yet

Pimelodus blochii aka "four-lined pim." They grow to about 10", but the growth rate is very slow once they reach adulthood (at about 5").

looks like a 4-line pictus and it should grow to about 10"-12"
