Well since you have the app, it should be very easy. When you are in the comment editor (the place it takes you when you either type a thread or a reply), you just click "Open Advanced Options" which is a thin bar above the keyboard. From there, you click "Photo Album" and choose the pic you want to upload.

I'm not sure how to do it outside of the app, but I think there's a way you can upload to photobucket then embed here or something; idk.
