This isn't going to help you if travel costs are keeping you from the convention, but there will be tanks for sale at the convention for well under $1/gallon....and you get a glass lid with each tank you buy...
The brand new tanks that are used in the fish show of the ACA Annual Convention in Silver Spring, MD from July 21-24 will be for sale on Sunday of the convention (www.ccadoesaca.com).

We will have:
10-gallon tanks (plus glass lids) for $7.00
20- high tanks (plus glass lids) for $15.00
29-gallon tanks (plus glass lids) for $15.00

Registered convention attendees have the opportunity to reserve tanks in advance (1st priority). Next will be registered ACA attendees. And if there's anything left, folks who register to get a bidder card for the auction (Sunday day pass option) will get to buy at this price.
