It is my understanding that you will need to register to buy from the venders and from people selling out of their rooms on Thursday-Saturday. You can purchase a ticket for the auction on Sunday when you arrive. The webiste for the convention has most of what you want to know. ccadoesaca.com Matt can give you additional information when he next checks in.

You actually don't need to register to visit most vendors or to buy from people selling out of their rooms (or to look at the fish in the show). Pretty much everything else requires registration: the awesome list of speakers, free beer and snacks in the hospitality suites at night, deals on tanks, the BABES auction, selling fish at the convention or in the auction, etc.

Registering also gets you a 1 year virtual membership to the ACA and CCA.

If you don't register for the whole convention, you will need to register for the Sunday auction. I'd do it online to stay out of lines on Sunday AM...

It's really not much for what you get...and supports a good cause...
