Lighten up Snake it's all gravy :) We are trying to help you guess and calm down from the initial shock......You better now? lol I am totally concerned as is tongue and the rest of the guys who actually care about each other (and gals sorry ladies) At least your tanks are sooooo lightly stocked that you can get through this no sweat whatsoever.......Do you have some silicone? A dab or four could not hurt a thing and may give you some time?...Just brainstorming....
 
I think the reason I never noticed it before was that when the tank was divided it was covered with gravel but since the jag has free reighn he diggs on the back corners exposing below the brace.

I'm a little calmer now and sorry I wasn't meaning to come off as a dick to tongue. Yes I do have some aquarium silicone but from the inside I couldn't feel the chip. I could drain the tank without much problem, the jag could go into the FH's 55g and the FH is small enough to go into my unused 15g. I just don't know what to do longterm, I'm not a diy type of guy. :(
 
If it is not leaking yet, I believe it should be fine for years with silicone....
 
I just tried again and I can't feel anything, I think if anything the chip (if it is) is from the outside and happened before the brace was put on. :confused:
 
Alright I feel like a big dumbass, it's sloppy silicone like bigspizz said. I turned out all the lights in my apt and used a brighter LED flashlight and saw that the "chip" looked to be the same color as the silicone, I noticed a gap on the corner between the brace and the tank so I pulled back my background and slid my drivers licence in and made contact.

I'm such a noob...sorry for wasting everyone's time. :redface:
