sorry for your lost. that fh looks huge compare to the lei. I have a Jar about 10 or 11 inch with 2.5-3 inch fh. I think the only reason its okay is cause how much bigger the jar is and how aggressive the jar is at its size. fh try to pick on him but he just strikes back if he does. good luck if you try again

Yeah I know I really messed up...
I mean I did learn a valuable lesson, but its a sucky one..

I do really want to try again.. I seriously waited ages to get one, I even did all my reading and research... I guess I just took mixing different fish together for granted.

I guess next time, (if I have the chance for a next time,) I just have to grow it out alone... Its a shame though, It looks so beautiful when people have aro communities..

hmm lol... yeah I've always kept cichlids, and my main interest has been in FH and breeding, so I always stay in the hybrids section. I've never posted anything in this section cause i'd never owned one, but i think i'll be hanging around. I really want to get into aro's and i've always wanted to but i'd never had the space for one, and now that I do, I probably do want to get another.

I actually got a good deal on it, i paid AU$80, But I don't know when i'll ever be able to get one again.

i'm trying to look for another one, i'm going to try trade some FH's If i find one.
