is there a chart that show what size bulkhead = what amount of gph?
 
Can't you just ask these questions in one of the other many threads you have started...?

think of it this way, you cant make them TOO big. id go like 2.5in dia.
 
Join the club with the people who say i have and nothing comes up that is exactly what i need.
 
Or you can try and PM somebody who you know deals with alot of fish tanks....If you just keep making new threads then people are going to get annoyed of you and ignore you anyways.

I have some very valuable info. When people see tons of threads on the same tank, let alone the same topic, they will skip it and move on.



That said, I agree with going overkill on overflows. If I had a 600 gal tank I would use 4 1.5" overflows. I use 2 1.5" overflows on my 300.
