Looks good to me for now.
Sounds like you're making sure no one gets beat up too bad. Keep in mind though that when you move them too a larger tank they may become very aggressive trying to establish territories, so in the end these 3 fish may not be able to live together.
A group of smaller aggressive fish may help keep them from fighting too much, but in that case you'd either wanna go with bigger than a 125g or a very large sump to keep up with the bioload. I have my red devil in a 125g with my natives and he chases all the sunfish but there are too many for him to simply pick on just one, so no one ends up badly injured or worse.
