OMG!! He is a beast. All of your cichlid are show fish... Greenterra, I don't know how you keep such gorgeous cichlids, all in one tank and looking like a picture in a book... Wow!! Really nice pictures :)

I completely agree, though I think a lot of his secret involves an enormous tank and I would be willing to bet there's a drip system involved or some other automatic water change type system. Of course I'm sure a superb diet also plays a role. Since we're on the subject, what are the main foods you use to feed your brutes?

Jason..W/C's are done by hand. No drip system. I change out 40-50% weekly.
Diet consists of Hikari Gold and Massivore. The pellets make up about 80% of the diet and the rest is made up of meal worms, earthworms,fresh water fish fillets and raw prawns/shrimp.

Wow...my hat's off to you. Normally with such large tanks and great looking fish a drip system or auto water change system is involved. You obviously have much more than adequately kept up with the water maintenance.

I've been on a water change system using a python-like setup but am now toying with a pseudo drip system to try and encourage further growth. :)
