I've brought lots of fish back over the border. They just pull you over and look the species up to make sure its ok and charge you a few bucks for taxes. Not too bad really.

When we have got them flown over we have a fish and wildlife charge to pay and something else but can't remember. I think hey have dropped the vet certificate.
You could try big als in London they get stingrays. I got my reticulata there about a month ago . They had two motos then. I don,t think you will have much luck crossing the border with them, I haven't found any American places that will even return e-mails about getting rays across the border.
