Impossible to get?

I got 3 of these that i was sold as p bichir bichir but are apparently guinea laps. not really bothered as they are great fish and didn't cost me a great deal

those are real nice bichirs! btw is there only 2 types of lap? nigerian and guinea? do correct me if i'm wrong

laps have a wider distribution than just these two countries, but they seem to be imported only from either guinea or nigeria, for whatever reason. and from the many pics i've seen of laps, they always fit into one of the two types patternwise (the specific patterns/contrast may vary, even within the same batch, but the general pattern framework is the same)
