You can run a AC70 on a 65gal if you have a school of 5 Neon tetras. It's all about bio load and if the filter can handle it. Just get a Fluval405 and call it a day.

But, the fact of the matter is. Just get a big enough filter to handle the bio load it all that we're saying.
