In closet set up. venting/questions.

I'd put a vent. You don't want condensation on the walls if you can help it. No air and moisture is a good recipe for mold. You can cut a new exhaust opening in the roof to vent it outside. You don't want the added moisture in the attic either. This is another place toxic molds can grow.

If anything get a quiet exhaust fan and vent the air into house, where it can pick up cross ventilation.

Grow out tank in a closet huh? been reading to many 420 sites .

If it's close enough, you can cut into a bathroom vent pipe (at a 45* angle) and use a fan remove the heated moist air safely.

The drip idea is fine too. Just use 1/8" plexy for the tank cover and it will sag from the heat of the lamps itself (just make it over sized).

Well i just got word i cant place co2 tanks on it side.So i might have to go with a pocket under the fish tank floor.. just enough for the tank to slid in n still stand up. there a little side room that has enough area but i cant make a door to get into it. Its a trimer. Time to see how big of a tank i can get for this area :)

I seen some in closet set up or in closed fish tank in here. how do u ppl deal with the that problem? just glass lids over the tanks?

Here is what i have to work with.... 52x23. 23 is flush to the back wall from the front so i might go with 20inch tank. What do you guys think i should do?

WyldFya can i go with 52-48x20x17 and still get high light from the T5HO? or do i have to drop the tank size?

grr first day of work and i find out the HOLE closet is off level... from back to front and down a little on the right side... what are some idea on getting my tank level.

Might order a 50x20x20. I can lean open 1inch on each side just for u can get your hand back there a little. Will 3inch be hide the tank be enough to run filter line and maybe a reactor?

b still need to know before i order the wrong size.

i would leave alittle more space than needed you dont want everything thight and barely no access
