you can go to marinedepot.com i got mine from them and they give free shipping if you but so much $$$.

here's the link.. i think the check valve they sell has less headloss since it is effortless compared to the regular hardware stores and beside its clear you can easily see if their is any clogging or build-ups.

The Lowes here does not have any. I got mine with my tank from Tenecor. I know they sell them seperatly.

im trying to stop my return line from back flowing. glad to see im not alone lol

Just drill a small hole (just below the surface) in your return pipe.
The water will stop back siphoning once the water level hits the hole.
