Thats just it I don't know what the problems is. When I look up the symptoms all I seem to get is swim bladder. Im thinking its gotta be more as my fish is bent and just swims in a circle. Thats more then just stress

If its fish not being able to balance properly and swims upside down most likely it is swim bladder. With my knowledge, feed peas and hope it gets cures or at least the fish survives.

With the symptoms, you mentioned it looks more like a stress-related cause and maybe with or without swim bladder.

The things that could cause stress to the fish is most likely the water condition otherwise, could be the tank size being too large/small or ornament being too full/empty or even the water current being too strong/weak.

I've seen peas a lot. But they refuse to eat anything...

The are in a 55g eventually they'll need something bigger. I have quite a few cichlid stones so there's a ton of hiding places. I thought of removing some but they hide so much I just didnt think I should

55g at that size would be big enough, and yeah my FH loves to hide as well.
I got a driftwood for my Bichir however, my Blue Malau FH wanted to go underneath it as well staying sideways. So I had to get some pipes that will fit both of them. Now they both happily stay inside the pipe together...lolol letting me waste money on large driftwood.

Have you seen any one of them showing any aggression towards the other?
FH can go super aggressive and that sometimes can cause stress towards each other.

A white string might be parasite problem which relates to fish not eating.
I am not an expert on parasites, however, try searching it on this forum there is lots of post about how to treat and so on.
Hope everything goes well :(:(
