I should just fill my bathtub and keep fish in it. Water changes would be simple!

 I think my wife would not like that in mine

My main concern would be if i had a tank runnin in there that the percipitation would get the electrical stuff wet and what not, short things out, just not much fun. If i had a special stand where it wouldn't be exposed to anything, then ya i would

oh you've brought something up now.
BTW this did NO harm to the fish cause they are living 6 years later:P
When I was little I had a couple of goldfish in a little bowl SHUT UP I KNOW!!! they stil lived:p and everytime we did a water change everyweek it would be a full one and we would fill the sink up and put the plug in and they would live there for 20 minute while we cleaned the tank.

Naw keep em in a jacuzzi and everyonce and a while kick the jets on for aeration purposes

There is one of these in my bathroom right now, I thougt it was a 1.5g but measured and it is a 2.5g. It contains a plant (Elodea), 6 ghost shrimp, 3 neons, 3 glowlight tetras, and 2 lemon tetras.
