In your opinion what makes a tank a "Show Tank"?

Is it the tank itself, the way its set up or the stock. Or is it a combination of all 3

Everything. It's a tank that's meant to be shown off, as opposed to a breeding tank, or hospital tank, or what have you.

It should be clean well decorated, have fish that are colorful, fish that are swimming about the tank instead of sitting in a corner. Size really does not matter. Fish should be compatable and not have torn fins or chasing..

I'd say all 3. Most important is how things are set up. A clean clean appearance is important.
