My sens haven't been very active in the past few weeks. They sit in one corner of their tank and cruise around every once in a while and that's about it. Is this normal behaviour?

Yup some species go through a phase of activity, like when they are growing up, and once they get to a certain size, they swim less often. It happened with my retro, and I'm seeing my polli do the constant swimming. The constant swimming maybe an indication of trying to eat as much as possible so it's looking for food (for growth).

Yeah that's totally normal. Mine barely even move all day.
They normally find a corner where they all plie up in, and they leave the rest of the tank unused.
