It is a pet forum in a country where we exercise the freedom of speech! Not to mention the freedom of expression so If I want a fine piece of booty on my avatar then I will put it up there. And dont start complaining about it being pornographic etc etc.... because youre the same people who watch the same **** on tv.

Freedom of speech is great but be wise that you're on someone else's bandwidth.. If you would like to start a forum for pornographic avatars and pay for it then all the power to ya..

All I'm saying is this being america and land of the free doesn't constitute free reign to do whatever you want on a forum just because you're american.

Also remember 50% of this forum visits this site during work. So keeping it clean would be a nice gesture, but it hasn't been too much of a problem thus far.

LOL wow I thought we had buried this issue after I tore the heteraphobe's up in similar threads.....probably this one will get closed as well,sooner the better really.

Anybody who wants the 411 on the avatar situation can read through these threads and come to terms with the fact that they arent going anywhere for now.....But I have my other avatar all ready to go in case that changes any time soon.......

The over sensitivity that some of you people have is just unbealivable. Rally I think we're all smart enough to know that over the top explicit material is not acceptable to post on a public forum. Cichla I understand what youre saying, but youre taking it all the way to left field man. I dont see any avatars of EXPLICIT sexual contact. In fact we see more on television. Which is bandwidth that is cross country on every persons TV than we do in our silly little avatars. Lets not be so rash about this as it is all in good fun. And lets put this puppy to sleep......its already taken enough bandwidth as it is.

Varanio, I started this thread in good fun, while ENJOYING your avatar- don't get me wrong. I was just bringing up an idea of the possibility of covering up such avatars in case somebody's kids saw it.
In other words, I'm sure that somebody at work, or whose 4 year old kid was looking on MFK along with the parent, seeing yours wouldn't exactly be kosher, even though it's not "EXPLICIT"
But again, just an idea in good humor. I started no bad beef, as you can see above in my posts.

Pescador Felices I have read the two links that you left here for us to go back and read. The more I read the more I laughed. Reason being is that people are pushing the envelope, images are too pornographic, my kid this my family that. Blah Blah Blah .....yet when Eva Longoria is sitting on top of some guy in her thong on desperate housewives its ok ? I Dont get it ......I really dont get it. Lets throw this back and tie this to fish keeping. Isnt it violent? Tasteless? Pushing the Envelope? To have oversized fish in undersized aquaria? Yet we find that to be soooooooooo cool! Isnt that considered cruelty to the fish you are keeping? Isnt that borderline illegal to be cruel and inhumane to the fish youre keeping? You people wouldnt consider that tasteless and all those positive adjectives you described to those that keep some pg 13 avatars on here? Man the nerve of some people.....

I pretty much don't give a damn what's happening on some TV show or anyplace else. If any pic or post falls outside the guidelines the staff are asked to follow, it's gone. Plain and simple. If you want to step on a soapbox about your freedom of speech, start your own site to launch your platform.
