Increasing water flow in the tank? How?

Hey I just ran into these surfing the net.

Not sure that photo/drawing would work.
You need to have pressure to make these Eductor work correctly.
Just placing one into a tank with a mag 24 for example would not work, from my understanding, as there is no back pressure on the mag.
The Eductors are most efficient when they themselves cause 15 to 30 feet of pressure drop.
I think each Eductor (at least kth) causes a 1.5 foot pressure drop
From my understanding, the Eductor produce about 1 psi of back pressure themselves.
