Looks very much like a premature birth, because of the stressful transport to me! The pup is much to small and the yolk is much to big. I am sorry, but this little Retic ray will for sure not survive!
Freshwater stingrays are know (also by scientists) to be very vulnerable for premature birth. In my opinion, highly pregnant rays should not even be caught and put into another tank in the same facility......

He's still alive.

The yolk sac is almost gone and he as big poop going out of is anus. Not eating yet. I think the problematic phase is starting now.
