Who uses Indian Almond Leaf or Ketepang leaf for their Aros here? Does it really have all the benefits it's known to have... thinking about getting some for my Jardini.. just wanna know if it's beneficial or not? If it's beneficial.. might be worth a shot.. otherwise, don't wanna try it.

it is said that k leaves makes the aro calmer as its mimics the blackwater environment it originally came from. It lowers the ph too. However, most aros are now captive bred so i dont think the aros really know what their natural water feels like. Other thing too.. it makes ur water somewhat tea-like in color.
Ohh.. I think I'm going to try it.. I hear it's pretty beneficial.. and I wouldn't mind lowering pH a bit.. my stable pH here is 8.2
How do I use them? Do I have to put leaves in all the time? Like, switch out every 2 weeks? Or something like that? And where do I have to put it? Just put in water? Or filter or something?
