so now their are a lot of fake wide bars out there.......and the 4 bars indo are "rare"

I have 8 it, 6 all have trad. Markings.
All purchased between 2 & 5 years ago.

True, oddball indos are less common now, noticably.

how about mine 1 fn fb 3 both side yellow based and 1 fn and fb inverted v on both side..sad lost a couple of indo last summer..3 they where fn and fb 3 thin bar yellow based indo..and also 5 ocell,1,tenemsis and 4 monoculus..now i only got3 ocells,ornate,oscar,3 red bellied pacu,2 feather fin,1 butterfly pleaco and the dats..

could the explosion of oddballs be due to inbreeding or hormone injections? I know all these small loaches and dats can't all be wild caught.

With allthe recent baby ITs in the UK, alot of them are oddball....
Harder to find perfect trad. 4 bar...Nowadays.

i think its starting to become like clown loaches. now all you see are oddballs. regular pattern loaches are becoming the "oddball". even petsmart is stocked with oddball loaches. why? i have no idea!

:iagree:
