wait so if a store lists a datnoid as golden tiger, which species would it most likely b? I have my eye on one that I am able to get at an awesome price.

most likely NTT. i've been seeing thin bars at every fish store and all of them label them golden tiger, besides one place in long beach labeled it siamese tiger.. ive been shopping around for any dats besides silver and i just got a NTT for $30. that place in long beach had a nice 4-5 inch NTT for $40 though

I saw Papua Datnoid about 4" for 300.00

$40-60 for a 2" INDO????

Thats crazy, last year I paid $40 for 4'' IT

uhhh. that was last yr. fish prices go up or down depending on availabilty from the vendors. prices are different in each state. so if you can pick it up for that price then congrats but sadly for us there isnt much available in socal like it used to be. :)

For a 2inch in the northeast $20-$25 is the average price at lfs. And 3.5-5inch run around $40-$50. These prices are for NTT, ITs, and AT

its about the same here. but we have cheaper At. 3.5-4 inches for the NTT, and IT will cost us about 35-60. if the IT;s are in season again im sure the price will be back to normal like 20-30 a piece.
