Would a single dorado be ok in with a silver arowana, redtailed giant gourami, oscar and a 5" fh in a 180? All other fish are same size as before.

2) can 1/2 dorado work with - large jardini, large silver aro, large pbass, large dats?

You never know until you try, and even if it works that can change overnight. Just the way it is with these fish. If you want to keep more than one dorado you either get very lucky or you have many dorado or brycon sp. in together to spread aggression around that it may just work.

Here is a list of fish that my dorado were unable to stop beating the crap out of in a 180g:

14" Indo tarpon(of course)
11" temensis
8-10 mono's and orino's
8-9" hampala barbs
and of course each other.

IF you can hold them for me for 3 weeks, coming back on september 13th....

i have decided that the 2 could be a great show piece in my new tank....
