As Anne said, the natural range for all polypterids is in Africa. However, there are some species that are captive bred in Indonesia. So if this delhezi truly came from Indonesia (Indo) as the name suggests, then it'd be a captive bred specimen.
in any case, that price is too high, even for wild specimens, and a typical specimen bred in Indo should cost even less than wild IMO.
