Ok, so I have decided to nix the mixing idea and just keep them separate. how many arowana could i keep in the pond resulting from a 20 ft x 20 ft piece of liner? I'm interested in all of the species.

Kinda putting the cart before the horse. How deep is your pond going to be? Will the sides be sloped or vertical? There are a few factor that will go into the result of the final dimension. I'm sure you could probably house 5 large silvers if you chose to do so.
yeh u can definitely keep them together...but make sure the arowana starts off larger....i have a 36'' silver arowana kept with 36'' alligator gars...but they r kept in a LARGE pond and are extremely well fed lolz
Ok, well I've decided against keeping them together. I have no idea on dimensions at this point; I want to go with whatever will work best. The liner is a 20 ft x 20 ft piece so I can shape it into pretty much any configuration.
